Why Against the Undertow
An undertow is powerful because it works beneath the surface, quietly pulling people away before they realize what's happening. Spiritual abuse often operates in much the same way — subtle, confusing, and deeply damaging.
Against the Undertow represents the decision to name what is happening, stand together, and move toward healing rather than being pulled under.
